Contracting parties and platform role

The consulting contract is between the client and the independent expert identified on the profile. The expert provides the service under their own professional responsibility and issues any required receipt or invoice. [company_name] is not the consulting provider; it supplies intermediation, booking, payment and technical platform services.

Account and permitted use

Clients must keep their information accurate and current, must not share their account, and must protect access credentials. Unlawful use, harassment, misleading information, redirecting payment outside the platform, or attempting to bypass security measures is prohibited.

Booking, payment and scope

The expert, service, duration, date/time and total price are shown before booking. The service is limited by the expert’s profile, professional authority and the selected service. The platform is not an emergency service; local emergency services must be contacted in urgent or life-threatening situations. Withdrawal and appointment cancellation/refund are explained in separate policies.

Sessions, recording and confidentiality

Audio and video sessions are not recorded by default. A recording may be made only where its purpose, scope, retention period and authorised recipients have been explained beforehand, the client and expert have each given separate explicit consent, and a valid legal basis exists. Neither party may record a session without the other party’s explicit consent. Platform messages, booking and transaction records, and necessary technical logs may be processed under the Privacy Policy for service delivery, security, support and dispute review.

Access, retention and disputes

Access is restricted to the parties and authorised persons who need it for documented support, security or legal obligations. Data is retained only for as long as required for its purpose or by law, then deleted or anonymised. Lawful requests from competent authorities remain unaffected.

Complaints and mandatory rights

Support and legal request forms are available. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policy

Difference from statutory withdrawal

This policy governs contractual appointment cancellation. Any mandatory statutory withdrawal right and other consumer rights apply separately and are not restricted by this policy.

Client cancellation at least [cancel_free_hours] hours before

Where [cancel_free_hours] hours or more remain before the appointment starts, the client may choose either a full refund of the cash amount paid to the original payment method or a free replacement appointment with the same expert for the same service.

Client cancellation less than [cancel_free_hours] hours before

Where less than [cancel_free_hours] hours remain, no cash refund is made as the standard rule; the client receives one free replacement appointment with the same expert for the same service. This right must be used within 6 months after issue. Mandatory statutory rights and exceptional circumstances accepted after platform review remain unaffected.

No-show

If the client does not attend, no cash refund or automatic replacement is provided as the standard rule. The client may prove that the platform or expert suffered no loss or a substantially lower loss, and may submit exceptional circumstances for review. If the reserved time is reassigned to another client, the necessary adjustment will be made.

Expert cancellation

If the expert cancels, a full refund or free replacement appointment is offered regardless of the remaining time.

Technical problems

A verified technical failure attributable to the platform or expert that materially prevents the session results in a free replacement or appropriate refund. Where possible, the client should complete the device check before the session and promptly report the issue to support.

Refunds, coupons and review

Cash is normally returned to the original payment method and bank or payment-provider processing times apply. Coupons are restored or expire under their campaign terms. Exceptional circumstances, lower loss and other objections may be submitted with evidence through the relevant legal request form.
