Contractual Roles
The consulting contract is concluded directly between the client and the independent expert specified on the profile page. The expert provides the service and issues the service document/invoice. [COMPANY] is not an expert; it provides mediation, booking, payment, and technical platform services.
Account and Usage
Information must be kept accurate, accounts must not be shared, and directing payments or communication outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
Appointments and Liability
The scope of service is limited to the expert's authority. The platform is not an emergency service. Cancellation, refund, and withdrawal provisions are set forth in the respective policies.
Session Recordings, Security, and Confidentiality
For the purposes of quality assurance, handling complaints, and resolving potential disputes, audio, video, and text data from consultations conducted via the platform may be recorded and stored securely in the system.

Confidentiality: These recordings are strictly confidential, protected within the system, and will never be shared with or made accessible to third parties.

Data Retention & Erasure: If a complaint or dispute is successfully resolved, the associated recordings will be deleted immediately. In cases where a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, the recordings will be retained strictly for the purpose of being submitted to competent legal or governmental authorities upon official request.

Complaints
Support and legal request forms may be used. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
