Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policy

Client cancellation

With at least 48 hours remaining, the client may choose a refund or replacement with the same expert. If less than 48 hours remain, no cash refund is made; a replacement appointment with the same expert is provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain.

Expert cancellation

If the expert cancels, a full refund or free replacement is offered regardless of time.

No-show and technical issues

No refund is made if the client does not attend. Verified platform/expert technical failure leads to replacement or appropriate refund.

Coupons

Cash returns to the original payment method; coupon handling follows campaign rules.
