Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms

Statutory Right of Withdrawal:

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion without giving any reason.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service (the online consultation) has been fully performed before the expiry of the 14-day period upon the consumer’s explicit request and consent.

Appointment Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Rule):

To protect the scheduling of our experts, the following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 24 hours prior to the appointment: The user may cancel or reschedule free of charge, and a full refund will be issued.

• Less than 24 hours prior to the appointment: If cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund (or only a partial refund) will be provided, as the reserved time slot cannot be reallocated to another client.

Notification:

Cancellations or notice of withdrawal can be executed directly via the user dashboard or sent via email to [EMAIL ADDRESS]. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
