Expert Terms of Use and Cooperation

Independence

The expert acts as an independent service provider and is not an employee, representative, or partner of the platform. Professional qualifications, taxes, insurance, and issuing invoices/legal documents to the client are the sole responsibility of the expert.

Platform and Commission

[COMPANY] provides mediation, scheduling, payment, and technical infrastructure services. The commission rate and service provider deductions are displayed prior to payment/in the dashboard; the expert pays the platform for mediation services.

Session Recordings, Security, and Confidentiality (NEW)

For the purposes of quality control, complaint management, and resolving potential disputes, audio, video, and text data from consultations conducted via the platform may be recorded by the system.

• Confidentiality: Recordings are securely stored within the system and will never be shared with or made accessible to third parties. The expert is strictly prohibited from recording or storing consultations externally on their own.

• Retention & Erasure: If no complaint is filed or if a dispute is successfully resolved, the associated recordings will be deleted immediately. In unresolved cases, recordings will be retained strictly for submission to competent legal or governmental authorities upon official request.

Verification and Conduct

Identity, education, licenses, and tax documents may be verified. Misleading titles, directing clients off-platform, harassment, and privacy violations are strictly prohibited.

Payment and Termination

Earnings are released following successful payment, service completion, refund/dispute checks, and statutory compliance checks. Suspension, dispute, and termination procedures are communicated via the dashboard.
